The HSM was founded in June 1992. Contacts to manufacturers in the semiconductor market and corresponding market knowledge led to a contract with AMD GmbH as technical consultant in the "Green Arrow" team in May 2000 (this contract ended in June 2006). The cooperation with AMD drew further contracts and partnerships after itself. Tai-Sol Electronics & Co. Ltd. and the HSM signed a distribution contract in February 2001.
In the area of CPU cooling solutions the range of goods offered has complete and enrich by products of manufacturer as Chia Cherne Industry & Co. Ltd., Cooler Master and Asia Vital Components. Our own developments for the area of embedded industrial PC and special solutions for standard PCs round off the supply. For the not less important topic Thermal Interface Materials we have make a decision for products of Electrovac AG and Honeywell Electronic Material and will improve these business relations further.The component division is extended also for industrial electronics next to the line of business cooling solutions for PC, Servers, Workstation and Embedded. Products of the manufacturers Autronic-Melchers, Kingfont, Tai-Sol and XFMRS are used in consumer products and or in telecommunications equipment, electronic controls for automation plants and other electronic equipments. Our sales employees have more than 18 year experience in the sale of electronic devices. Ms Stein and Mr Zamecki were active at different distributors like HEV, Eurodis ENATECHNIK, SEI Jermyn, CE Consumer Electronic AG and Axellence GmbH. The won business contacts and the knowledge about different customer applications are our most important market capital.
